Tenant Case Review--What You Can Expect

Your Resource for Housing Advocacy in Georgia

If you're a Georgia renter facing unsafe conditions, harassment, financial exploitation, or wrongful eviction, we’re here to help.

Start by completing our intake form with basic information about your housing situation. Our team will review your case within a few days, assess the urgency, and determine the best course of action.

We will follow up for additional details, then offer support such as a demand letter, legal aid referral, help with filing complaints, or guidance for responding to eviction threats. While we are not attorneys, we are committed to helping you advocate for your housing rights.
